Founder of Preem

I delivered my twin boys, Jaxon and Zachary, at 30 weeks and 1 day. Two days later, Jaxon passed away unexpectedly. His brother Zachary stayed in the NICU, fighting through 87 days before he was finally able to come home. Today he is 10 months old and thriving.

During those months in the NICU, I looked for an app that could help me make sense of Zachary's growth and milestones. Every app I found measured him against his due date, not the date he was actually born — and none of them understood what it means to track a baby's progress from a hospital room instead of a nursery.

So I built Preem from that experience: a way to track a premature baby's milestones by adjusted age, and to keep a daily record of the NICU days, for every family going through what we went through.
